After you submit your Application
After submitting your Application you will see:
- a list of the courses you have applied to
- your Application is Not released to course centres (see section below about Releasing Applications)
- the Confirm Action button is only relevant after your Application has been released (see section below about Withdrawing Your Application)
- if you have not paid your fee yet, you will see a payment button
After you submit your Application you will be asked to pay the fee and given details of when payment is due.
It can take up to 24 hours to match payments to applications. So if you have paid your fee and, when you login the next day, you are still seeing the same payment button:

Documents
GBC document
We will check your GBC document to ensure that it covers all the information required:

Other documents - for specific course centres
Please upload documents as soon as you can.
You can upload Documents for Specific Course Centres after you submit your Application. But, if at all possible, please upload them before your Application is released to the courses.
If you upload a document after your Application has been released:
- we will email the courses to let them know
- the courses decide how they treat it in their selection process
Please do not email Documents for Specific Course Centres to us as we cannot upload them for you.
