Accessing Suitability Statements (references) and other data we hold about you
The people you nominate to write your Suitability Statements give data about you. You can see the questions they are asked in the sample forms above.
Authorising access
You have a right to access the data we have about you. But we have a duty of confidentiality to third parties, which includes the people you nominate to write your Suitability Statements.
So if you wish to see your Suitability Statements, we need to ask your nominees for their permission.
We suggest that, where possible, you discuss the Suitability Statement with the person you have nominated.
