Privacy notice for applicants
We work with clinical psychology courses to provide an easy-to-use application system. The data you give in your application is shared with courses, and is used in the following areas:
- for processing your application and for the selection processes of the courses you are applying to
- for audit, research and service enhancement, which may include making anonymised data public
- for producing and reporting monitoring statistics, which may include making anonymised data public

There is no disadvantage to your application if you do not consent to being contacted by third parties about research/audit projects. See item 7 in the above privacy notice for more information.
Privacy notice for people nominated to write Suitability Statements
The Suitability Statement you provide will be shared with the clinical psychology courses the applicant is applying to.
Whilst it is Clearing House policy to keep Suitability Statements confidential, due to data protection law this cannot be guaranteed. If an applicant requests a copy we will contact you for your authorisation to release it. However, please assume that applicants may be able to see the Suitability Statement.
