Funding
UK Trainees have a three-year honorary contract of employment with the Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT)
UK Trainees are full-time employees of the NHS and are also University post-graduate research students
UK Trainees have annual leave and other benefits in line with usual NHS entitlements
On entry to the programme, all UK trainees commence on the first spine point of Band 6 of the Agenda for Change pay scales
University fees are currently paid directly by the NHS (except for self-funding overseas applicants)
